By accessing or using Shikshaa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Shikshaa is a tuition management platform designed for Indian coaching institutes. The Service provides tools for student management, attendance tracking, fee collection, batch management, exam management, and parent communication through mobile and web applications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information to keep it current. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shikshaa and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shikshaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
